Returns Policy

Delivery
All goods are delivered to your home by Royal Mail or Carrier (inside the United Kingdom). We aim to despatch your goods within 10 working days. If there is a problem, you will be notified and given the option to cancel. If the shipping agent is unable to deliver your package because you are not available to sign for your goods, or because you have supplied inaccurate address information, we reserve the right to ask for you to pay for the package to be re-delivered. International shipments: - we will inform you if the shipping costs are greater before shipping. International shipments take longer to arrive, and can vary depending upon the country and the customs and delivery services in that country. If any additional import taxes are deemed to be payable when the goods arrive in the destination country, the buyer will be responsible for paying them.

Returned Goods
If the goods that you ordered are faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund. In the case of refunds, we will refund your card within 30 days of your instructions, provided that the goods have been returned safely to us without further damage.

If you wish to return , or exchange ,an item for any other reason please contact us by email or phone .We will do our best to help but this may not always be possible. The buyer will be responsible for return postage unless the item is  faulty in some way .

Cancellation Of Orders
You can usually cancel your order if you do so before your package has been despatched. However, this may not be possible if we have had to place a special order for your product from one of our suppliers, and they have already despatched the item(s). Please inform us as soon as possible (preferably by email) if you want to cancel an order, and if we can do so according to the conditions stated earlier, we will cancel your order and refund your card. If it is too late, then unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order.

Goods Not Available.Occassionally the goods you require may be unavailable if we have run out of an item you require. Should this be unfortunate enough to happen we will make every effort to contact you by email or phone to ask how you would like to proceed. If we are unable to do this a replacement may be sent or refund given. Should you be unhappy with any replacement please contact us so we can determine how you would like us to proceed.

Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment: PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA, SWITCH, SOLO, Cheques or postal orders are also acceptable by mail order. Cash will only accepted by prior agreement. All card payments are made through a secure server held by paypal.

Prices And Shipping Charges
All prices shown are in UK Sterling and do not include shipping/packaging charges. Any shipping will be shown at the checkout screen, unless being sent outside the UK, before you finally confirm your order. Please contact us by email or phone to confirm shipping costs to EU or other overseas destinations.

Our standard UK shipping charge is £2.50 per order. Please refer to the checkout screen for aprox. shipping charges for overseas customers.

Complaints
Please telephone, write, or contact us at sales@rainbowstamps.co.uk and  we will make every effort to help, as we value our customers and want all transactions to be positive.

Unsolicited Emails
We guarantee that we will not give or sell your email address to any third party. We may email customers who have placed an order or joined our email list with information about new products and special offers, but you have the option to remove yourself from our email database at any time.

Statutory Rights
Contracts do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies, but only to store the contents of your shopping basket, not to hold any of your personal information. (A 'cookie' is a small piece of information sent by a web server to a web browser, which enables the server to collect information back from the browser).

Disclosures
 The operating company, Rainbow Stamps, agrees to abide within and by all the necessary laws and conditions within this country including those of the Data Protection Act. Unless required to do so by a legal authority, we will not release or make available customer information to third party ,individuals or organisations, excepting information required to obtain credit/charge card authorisation or other payment as applicable.

Ordering Online

When you type in your credit card details, we will never see them. The screen where you enter them is a 'secure server' run by paypal, where the usual credit card checks are performed. When your transaction has been approved (which takes a few seconds), we simply receive an email which tells us we can go ahead and process your order. The money from your credit card is collected by PAYPAL and then forwarded to us later. We do have to pay a commission for this service, but we feel that the added layer of security which it gives our customers is well worth it.

Ordering Over the Phone or By Mail Order

Payments made this way are done through Paypal using their 'Secure Online  Virtual Terminal Service'. All Card details supplied to us for this are destroyed permanently and safely after the transaction is successful. We never keep customer card details. We will send all customers using this means of payment a copy of the receipt we receive from Paypal. This shows only the card type and last 4 digits of the number in addition to our original information.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of users while providing the highest possible quality of service. We will only use the information collected about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We do not pass on your information to any other agencies except for those necessary to complete your order. Any information stored online is Password protected.

The details we hold , for order purposes, may include:- Name, Address, telephone number, email address.

Personal information is only collected for the following reasons :-
